# Terms of Use

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing or using SSI.FUN ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

**2. Definitions**

* **"User":** Any person or entity accessing the Platform.
* **"Creators & Devs":** Users who build and update applications on SSI.
* **"Users":** Participants who engage with applications and provide feedback.
* **"Investors":** Users who invest in tokenized applications.
* **"Influencers":** Users who promote applications and content.

**3. Account Registration**

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information to register. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and wallet keys.

**4. User Conduct**

You agree not to:

* Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
* Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
* Misuse tokens or exploit platform vulnerabilities.

**5. Content Ownership & Licenses**

* You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant SSI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it.
* SSI content and trademarks are owned by SSI.FUN or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

**6. Token Economy & Rewards**

* Tokens issued via SSI are subject to smart contract terms. SSI is not liable for blockchain network failures.
* Engagement Points and rewards are determined by SSI Foundation and may change with notice.

**7. Disclaimers**

* **No Warranty:** Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

**8. Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Virgin Islands, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
